Rotate a PNG and keep the transparency
PNG is lossless and supports transparent areas. This page saves your rotated picture as a PNG by default, so a turn of 90, 180 or 270 degrees does not change a single pixel, and transparent areas stay transparent.
Rotate by any angle
Type an angle to tilt a logo, a sticker or an icon. The canvas grows to hold the whole picture, and the corners that appear stay transparent. Choose a colour in the fill setting if you want a solid background instead.
Screenshots and graphics
For screenshots, text and flat colour graphics, PNG is the best format because it keeps edges sharp. Paste a screenshot straight from the clipboard, rotate it, and download the PNG.
When a PNG is too large
PNG files of photos are big. For photos choose JPG or WebP in Save as, or reduce the file with the image compressor.
